Canceling Your Order
After placing your order and you would like to cancel it, contact us with-in 4 hours of placing the order by email at orders@luvourbaby.com to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Sales Tax
LuvOurBaby is located in the State of Texas. Sales tax will be added at checkout for orders placed for shipment to the State of Texas.
Returns & Exchanges
LuvOurBaby loves happy babies and satisfied parents. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please take advantage of our Happy Baby 30-day money back guarantee. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will replace the item or refund your money. Click here for our complete return policy and Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA, request form. Contact us with-in 30 days of the delivery date of your merchandise at customerservice@luvourbaby.com. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise must be returned in original box with all documentation, parts and accessories. We are not able to issue refunds for merchandise that appears used. This includes merchandise that has been washed, assembled (such as furniture), and unsealed DVDs. Personal care items such as undergarments and personalized merchandise cannot be returned.
All refunds issued are for the purchase price only. Shipping costs, additional shipping surcharges, gift-wrapping and personalization is only refundable if the merchandise arrives damaged or defective. Please include specific problem with merchandise, order number and product information, brand, model, and serial number if applicable with all communication.
Damaged Items
LuvOurBaby makes every effort to ship your merchandise in good condition. Occasionally packages are damaged during shipment. In the event your merchandise arrives damaged, defective or broken we will at our discretion ship replacement merchandise at our expense. Contact us at customerservice@luvourbaby.com with in 7 days of receiving your merchandise to report the damage. We are not able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified with-in 7 days of delivery date. Please include specific problem with merchandise, order number and product information, brand, model, and serial number if applicable with all communication.
Defective Items
Contact customerservice@luvourbaby.com with-in 7 days of delivery date to report the defective merchandise. LuvOurBaby will not be able to replace defective merchandise after 7 days of delivery date. Please include specific problem with merchandise, order number and product information, brand, model, and serial number if applicable with all communication.
