Shipping Information
Luv Our Baby ships with UPS™ ground or FedEx™ Home Delivery. We may ship United States Postal Service Parcel Post‚® or smaller, lighter items by USPS Priority Mail‚®. In order to offer you the lowest possible pricing we ship from our inventory or direct from the manufacturer. Item numbers shipped direct from LuvOurBaby end with the letter ‚“X‚”. You will be charged one consolidated shipping rate at check out for orders from more than one manufacturer. The delivery time for orders shipped UPS® ground can be calculated using the UPS™ ground service maps paqe by manufacturer. Orders that are shipped USPS Parcel Post® can take between 2 - 9 business days. Business days do not include weekends and postal holidays. United States Postal Service® delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS® delivers Monday through Friday.

Specific delivery date can be requested by contacting us at shipping@luvourbaby.com, mailing or faxing an order form, or using the Contact Us form found below. Shipment by ground services can only be estimated. If you require a specific delivery date please request express delivery services.
How long till my order ships?
We will ship your orders as quickly as possible. LuvOurBaby inventory ships Monday through Friday with-in 48 hours of order being placed. Manufacturer items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1-5 business days after order being placed. In the event your order ships from more than one manufacturer you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking your Order
You will receive an email confirming that we have shipped your item with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the shipment at www.ups.com, or www.usps.com. Contact shipping@luvourbaby.com for an update on your order status or any questions you may have.
Shipping Surcharges
Oversize or heavier items are more expensive to ship than standard size items. Additional surcharges will be listed in the shipping information section of the product detail page.
Delays in Shipping
We make every effort to make sure you order gets to its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Delays beyond our control like weather, delivery error, military and international shipping schedules may cause a delay in shipping. Please contact us with any questions at shipping@luvourbaby.com. APO’s and FPO’s
Luv Our Baby ships these orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail® to the Army Post Office Depot. All shipments subject to the restrictions that apply to these destinations. Delivery time is subject to military delivery schedules once the package arrives at the designated AA, AE or AP address. Canada
Shipments to Canada will arrive UPS® ground with all customs, duties and or taxes paid. Our charge to you will be your final cost. LuvOurBaby must be contacted at shipping@luvourbaby.com, faxing or mailing your order form, or using the Contact Us form found below before placing Canadian orders. Orders placed before contacting us for shipping cost will delay your order. Luv Our Baby will contact you by email or telephone with-in 24 hours 7 days a week with our quotation of shipping charges.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and any other charges we may incur as a result of your delivery refusal plus a $25 additional handling and re-stocking fee. Upon receipt of the refused shipment we will issue a credit back to the original credit card for the purchase price less the cost of shipping the package to you and the additional $25 handling and re-stocking fee. It is possible these costs become equal to or greater than your total purchase cost. This is to defray any wasteful costs allowing us to offer the lowest prices possible.
Shipping Address Provided Incorrect
Shipments returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by you will be charged additional shipping charges. Cancelled orders due to incorrect address provided by you will also be charged actual shipping costs. Upon receipt of the refused shipment we will issue a credit back to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package. Requests for orders to be shipped again will be charged actual shipping costs. This is to defray any wasteful costs allowing us to offer the lowest prices possible.

International Orders
General Information
We will ship to many international destinations, however the shipping costs will vary according to the weight and destination. We ship our international packages using USPS Priority Mail International®. Orders placed before contacting us for shipping cost will delay your order. LuvOurBaby will contact you by email with-in 24 hours 7 days a week with our quotation of shipping charges.

LuvOurBaby will provide you via email your tracking number so you may track your shipment.
International Payment
All our prices, shipping and handling charges are stated and must be paid in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. Subject to security verification procedures of non-USA credit cards
Customs, Duties and Taxes
As the recipient of an international shipment, you may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes once your shipment reaches your country. These charges are assessed by your country and are your responsibility. You may be required to pay these charges to the delivery agent before your shipment is released to you. We will charge you for the price of the merchandise, shipping and handling.
Manufacturer Warranties
For products shipped outside of the United States:
· Manufacturer warranties or service may not be valid or available.
· Product documentation such as manuals and safety warnings may not be in a language you read, write or speak.
· Product may not be in compliance with your countries legal requirements for such merchandise.
Customer is importer of record and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws of your country.
